Now I am writing to introduce our insulation production line. We know the electric performance such as attenuation and return loss depend largely on the insulation.
First point, we use the machine with 12 temperature controlers. Imported in Japan. With more controler, mean it can control the temperature batter. It makes PE Foam to be uniform.
Second point, the longer cooling water line. For our plant is very long, we can install a cooling water line to 40 meter. The insulation can have a adequate cooling. When it is winded up on the big spool, it won`t change the round shape
